Canal Side Group Dinner - Ritz

Join us for a group dinner by the canal  with fine company, warm atmosphere and most of all a spectacular view!   We'll have our own section in the solarium opening out to waters edge.  We'll encourage mingling and socializing before we sit for a three course dinner.  Included will be a beverage (house wine or house ale/lager).

Let's get together and make connections under the starry lights and night sky!

Ideal Ages: 35 plus

6:30 pm: Cocktail

7:00 pm  Dinner

Summer casual (men dress pants, jacket optional, ladies summer cocktail/dockside)

Grilled ATLANTIC Salmon Grilled Atlantic Salmon with a white wine tarragon cream  sauce, served with rice and mixed vegetables 

OR Chicken Parmigiana:  Breaded chicken scallopini topped with a red tomato sauce  and mozzarella cheese accompanied with penne  in a plum tomato basil sauce 

OR Jambalya Penne Penne noodles, grilled chicken, shrimp and Italian sausage  with leeks and red peppers in a spicy tomato sauce 

OR Pasta primavera Linguine noodles tossed with vegetables in a plum sauce
