STARTERS
Trout – smoked rainbow trout, scotch bonnet coconut soup, apple, bacon jam
Tartare -AAA Canadian beef, olives, truffle aioli, pickled onion, parmesan, everything crackers
Greens – Heritage lettuce mix, oranges, celery, apple & spicy peanuts with a citrus vinaigrette, mint, chili, parsley
Goat -Jamaican style curried goat ragout, potatoes, peas, chayote squash, onions, cilantro, roti
Burrata – House made burrata, roasted mushroom gremolata, arugula, parmesan, olive oil, crusty bread.
Beets– Salt Roasted Beets, grapefruit, fennel, dill, goat’s cheese cremma, lemon thyme lavash, olive oil

MAINS
Gnocchi –Potato gnocchi, winter fruits and nuts, spinach, herbed mascarpone
Gemelli – Pink shrimp, lobster sauce, Jamaican “bottarga”, bread crumbs, green onion, parsley, olive oil
Ravioli (V) – Vegan Sausage, cashew cheese, celeriac & spinach stuffing, pickled beets, “forager” sauce.

Chicken – Jamaican jerk chicken, coconut rice, peas, escovitch salad, jerk sauce, plantain chips
Duck – Confit duck leg, quinoa & cabbage stuffed crepe, orange carrot sauce, pea shoots, choi and radish, duck demi
“Meat and Potatoes” - Ontario beef short rib, chive and sour cream mashed potatoes, roasted king mushrooms, mirepoix, red wine jus
Steak - Grilled AAA Beef strip loin, truffle and parmesan fries, spicy mayo, Sutherland steak sauce
Fish – fish of the moment, cauliflower “rice”, harissa garbanzo bean sauce, radish, onion, cilantro
Pork – Ginger beer braised pork, fire roasted yam, hock broth, apple & brussels sprout salad

DESSERTS
Sticky Toffee Pudding - Caramel sauce, vanilla bean ice cream
Lemon Coconut Tart - Haskap compote, maple sour cream, almond crisp.
Dark Chocolate Torte White chocolate caramel, chili d’arbol ice cream.
